Storyboard Artist for Music Videos

Music videos are the densest, most syncopated, most time-pressured shoots in the industry. Storyboards and animatics are how you make 60 set-pieces in three days actually work. I've boarded music videos from grassroots indie to major-label budgets across the UK.

How music video boards differ

• Sync to track. The board has to work to the song's structure — verse / chorus / drop / outro.
• Performance + narrative balance. Most videos blend them; the board has to coordinate.
• Set-piece density. A 3-minute video can run to 80 frames — each one fast to draw and instantly clear.
• Animatic optionality. Most music video shoots benefit from a rough animatic before camera day.
